OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT: The Colorado Main Street Program is calling for applications for a new Heritage Energy Pilot Project. Main Street staff is looking for both public and privately owned historic properties that need to be renovated with the joint goal of saving energy and historic preservation.
At the outset, Main Street staff will assist the pilot property owners with plans for preservation, energy-efficiency, and incentive funding, and work alongside the owners until the building project is completed. Interested parties should return their application no later than December 15th.
